GAC MISSION
The Global Artists Coalition (GAC) is a 501C3 Not-for-Profit organization that is dedicated to providing pathways for adolescents and young adults in underserved communities to pursue successful, sustainable careers in the arts, communication and entertainment industries.

We are a culturally diverse network of experienced professional in the arts, communications and entertainment industries who are committed to devoting our time and ability to showing underserved young people the way to careers in the fields.

Central to the GAC mission is to provide themes that capture a young person's attention and to provide an understanding of the many career opportunities that exist behind the music and entertainment young people listen to, watch and enjoy. GAC aims to transform a young persons conditioned beliefs and make them less at-risk by demonstrating career opportunities that stimulate their interest and that are also attainable.

All career discovery programming, activities and workshops are presented by GAC at no cost to the participants. What we require are the resources and funding that can support the cost of maintaining and managing workshops from our career mentors.

Where other non-creative creative approaches have been unsuccessful, Hip Hop is an effective tool for reaching young people at the critical ages between 12-24 year-olds, By presenting career role models that reflect the cultural diversity of the communities and who also deliver stimulating themes, GAC has found a way to reach young people and keep them interested. GAC presents important information and careers experiences that lead underserved youth to pursue successful, sustainable careers in the arts & communication and entertainment industries. GAC provides a path for at-risk youth to build self confidence, discover a sense of purpose and begin thinking about the future.
